Construction
- Act as Owner’s representative during all phases of construction – site, exterior, & interior.
- Prepare and coordinate all contracts, payment requests & lien waivers, change orders, and site conditions that could result in changes to scope or budget.
- Communicate with Owner and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
- Provide fulltime supervision, run all project meetings, and handle all correspondence, communication and interaction to ensure a successful project.
Post-Construction
- Final quality review , preparation and implementation of a punch list and coordinate all warranty issues for the duration of the coverage.
- Receive and review as-built drawings.
- Secure and forward to the Owner all operating manuals and warranties.
- Approve punch list completion.
- Obtain all final lien waivers and approve final invoices from contractors & consultants.
Joint Ventures
- Provide cost and schedule control systems on a per project basis.
- Coordinate and assist with finding equity partners for larger projects.
- Work with small general or specialty contractors who want to expand their businesses.
